Department of EEE conducted a seminar on ""Trends in Generation and Distribution of Power ", at SGEC on 3rd March 2022, with Dr V. S. Vakula, HOD, EEE Department, JNTU, Vizianagaram. This seminar emphasizes on the recent trends in the power systems for effective transmission and distribution of power.
Department of CSE conducted a seminar on "IOT & it,s application",at SGEC on 5th october 2021. with Sri K.Raja Kumar faculty of JNTUK.
Department of EEE conducted a 2 Day Workshop on "MATLAB And its Applications” at SGEC on 25th and 26th Sep 2021 with Sri N.A.Raju,R&D Engineer as the Resource person of this Workshop. This workshop provides an interactive, graphical environment for modelling, simulating and analyzing of dynamic systems.
Department of CIVIL conducted a seminar on “Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering”, at SGEC on 18th March 2021. with Proff.CH.V.Ramarao garu as a resource person.This seminar emphasizes on How to improve the bearing capacity of soil especially when the soil is weak.
Department of CSE conducted a seminar on "Hadoop and Big Data",at SGEC on 5th october 2021. with Sri S.Ashok garu faculty of JNTUK as a resource person.This Seminar emphasizes on the advanced Tools of Hadoop, which are useful to develop Map Reduce techniques, Big Data Analytics on Unstructured data and to develop relevant project works.It emphasizes mainly on the concepts used in SPARK, Hadoop tool to apply data modeling techniques on large data sets.
Department of BS&H conducted 3 day Workshop on "MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT”,on12th March 2022 in SGEC.It is being jointly organized with APSSDC (Andhra pradesh Skill Development Corporation) and SGEC.Mr.Ch.Ramesh(Sr.Trainer), Mr.Satynarayana garu are the resource persons of this workshop.
Department of CIVIL conducted a 2 day Workshop on “APPLICATIONS OF REMOTE SENSING AND GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM”, on 24th and 25th september 2021 with Mr.Killi Srinivas garu M.Tech(Ph.D) Asst.proff. in Remote sensing, JNTUK in association with ARC.
Department of ECE conducted a 2 day Workshop on “RECONFIGURABLE DIGITAL SYSTEM DESIGN USING XILINUX VIVADO”,on 28th and 29th september 2021 with the Resource person Mr. S.C. Rao , VLSI trainer, It is highly concentrated on combinational and sequential logic designs and implementing on Zybo FPGA board.
Department of ECE conducted a one day workshop on “PCB DESIGNING”,on 1st october 2021 with the Resource person Mr.ABDUL MUQTADIR. Each student had prepared an individual printed circuit board

ARC- Association of Royal CIVIL • This Association to provide knowledge and tools that enables civil engineering to evolve away from empirical ad hoc approaches in field of civil engineering. • To provide ground based strategies based on scientifically grounded analysis. • Fundamental mechanics, integrating uncertainty, and navigating the conflicting objectives inherent in successful civil engineering design. • To prepare the skill based and technical based warriors in school of civil. • Provide value based technical education and empower the students to become competent professionals.
RACER- Raising Association of Communication Engineers Ruled by Students. Association aims to conduct meetings,documents, seminars and quizzes through which students improve their skill & subject knowledge in the field of electronics & communication engineering .To create a spirit of brotherhood & cooperation among st the members of the association.
VIBES: VERSATILE INNOVATIVE BODY OF ELECTRICAL STUDENTS Vibes is a knowledge based platform where we can share recent trends and developments occurred in the electrical engineering domain. It is an innovative club to share the events like seminar, workshops which includes industrial visits also. It promotes a sense of group responsibility and plays the critical role of student representation for preparing themselves to build individual’s career.
ARMS: ASSOCIATION OF RAISING MECHANICAL STUDENTS ASSOCIATION. ARMS Association is formed by the mechanical engineering students in order to create self-affirmation in our students, and it is a platform in which the technical skills of the students are evaluated by conducting technical quizzes, paper presentations, project contests and science & technology exhibitions. To assess and augment their soft skills, debates and group discussions are conducted regularly. In order to stay updated with the emerging technologies, experts and veterans from reputed institutions and leading industries are invited to give guest lectures on their area of expertise. Apart from these activities, the students are guided to participate in Symposiums, Workshops and Seminars conducted in various engineering colleges.
